Refund & Returns Policy (UK)

You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at vierraderscars@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item’s back with us and inspected. We don’t do exchanges—just place a new order.

No refunds on sale items.
