DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders placed within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class unless upgraded. The standard Royal Mail First Class is not insured, please keep this in mind if there is an issue with your shipping. We give each of our customers the option to upgrade their shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all orders placed outside the UK, packages will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. This option does not include tracking. Royal Mail International Standard deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive once shipped, although Royal Mail and Vierrader do not guarantee delivery dates or times. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Vierrader is not responsible for any shipping issues due to address input errors, Royal Mail handling errors, or lost/stolen packages.
